I need an online, advanced loan amortization schedule that will calculate biweekly payments with a balloon payment option. Does anybody know of one? Thanks.

I can’t find one. You might try fooling a regular schedule by adjusting your n’s to 26 for bi-weekly and dividing your interest rate by 26 to correspond. It is easily done on a financial calculator. To determine the balloon (if you have a calculator) re-input the n’s and solve for FV, leaving everything else alone.
